Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://reynastowingandroadsideassistance.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance provides Roadside Assistance, Lockout Service, Jump Start Service, Flatbed Towing, Motorcycle Towing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://reynastowingandroadsideassistance.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Reyna’s Towing and Roadside Assistance from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
